My Gratitude Journal (Worksheet)
We all know that gratitude plays a large part in getting more of what we want. One of the main reasons is that genuine gratitude keeps our perception focused on what is so great about life! A gratitude journal also helps us see just how much positive progress we've made thus far. Challenge yourself to fill this worksheet out each day for a minimum of seven days. Each morning and evening, review your gratitude journal and add to it as you remember new things to be grateful for. This is a very simple tool that yields some pretty enormous results! You may even find this becoming a new permanent habit that you enjoy engaging in each day!
